Staying active is important for our physical and mental health. It might be tempting to slip straight from working on the laptop to binging shows on the couch but, over time, this routine will negatively impact your health and your state of mind. Try to incorporate some sort of physical activity into your daily routine. Be patient with yourself if you don’t complete every workout you try or if there are days where it’s hard to get motivated. These workouts focus around the popular POP Pilates class crated by Cassey Ho and include a combination of pop music and pilates movements. Each video is equipment free, besides the optional (but recommended) yoga mat. 

Caleb Marshall provides a steady stream of entertaining, heart-pumping and user friendly dance videos that are perfect for a quick cardio session. The videos feature dancers of all levels, Each video features a different Top 40 track and a fun vibe that we could all use right now. The videos are short, but you can compile a few into a playlist for a longer workout.

This husband and wife dio have over 500+ full-length (from 10 minutes to over an hour long) practices.
